Refund Policy

 

Non-Refundable Services: All treatments and procedures, including PRP, vitamin B12 injections and Blood profiling, are non-refundable once they have been administered. This is due to the variable nature of aesthetic results from person to person.

​Package Treatments: If a package of treatments has been purchased and begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. If you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, a credit will be provided after the regular cost of services used has been deducted from the initial payment. This credit can be used towards any other service offered by PreGen Therapies & Research Ltd.

 

Unused Treatments: If you have unused treatments from a package, these treatments may be used at any time or gifted to a friend

 

Initial Consultation: There will be an initial medical consultation prior to starting treatment. If our medical provider finds contraindications for the treatment, we will issue a full refund

 

Cancellation Policy: We require a 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee.

 

Third-Party App Purchases: Refunds for purchases made through a third-party app are subject to the refund policy of the respective app store

 

Product Returns: All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds on opened products. Unopened or defective products can be returned within 30 days for a credit towards another service.
